About This Yacht

Present owner has had "Maxxed Out" for 5 years. She is kept in a Covered Slip and they had her bottom Barrier coated this year. She has low hours for the Caterpillar 3126 Engines with 1500. She has reverse cycle AC and HT, and Generator. This would make a very comfortable weekender, extended cruiser or live-aboard. She is clean and ready to go.

This cabin has a centerline queen berth with opening hatch above and fixed portlights port and starboard allowing abundant light as well as additional ventilation. It is cozy with curtains along the hull to cover the portlights, shelves outboard, lockers port and starboard and access to their own private head. The guest head is aft of the stateroom to port and also serves as a day head for guests and is partly across from the galley. Aft of the head is a large storage compartment (this area can house a combo washer and dryer should one want to add one). Opposite to starboard is the large U-shaped galley. There is a tremendous amount of storage as well as prep space in this galley. Larger than some home kitchens. There is abundant light as the galley sits under the forward windshield and is open to the salon.
  • Up several steps and one enters the Main salon. the salon has an L-shaped dinette to port with table and to starboard there is a counter that looks over and into the galley followed by a lounge chair. Large, opening side windows let in plenty of light and fresh air. Her interior is very nuetral with beige colored Ultra-Leather fabric and beige carpet and curtains thru-out. She is warmed by her cherry cabinetry. Aft to starboard is the companionway to her aft deck, center is the entertainment center and to port is the entrance to her aft Master cabin.
  • The Master cabin is cozy and inviting with a queen berth, large hatch aft, large hanging locker, and their own private head. The head has a vanity, toilet and separate shower stall with seat.
  • Moving out of the salon to the aft deck, one will find a forward facing bench seat, access to the swim platform on starboard via several steps. Here it has a faux teak platform. From here you step to the swim platform that has a built-in telescoping swim ladder and stainless steel hand rails. Back on the aft deck there is a wet bar forward, plexiglass doors port and starboard lead to the side decks. This area is covered by a hardtop with a complete canvas and Eisenglass enclosure. Just off center to port are the steps to the Flybridge.
  • The flybridge is covered by a canvas bimini and full enclosure as well that attaches to the hardtop joining both spaces and keeping one out of the weather. the helm is forward to starboard with mates seat to port. Aft is a forward facing bench seat. this boat can accommodate quite a few people for the day and comfortably 4 for the night.
